Steph Canty

Like most people, I wear many hats; Dedicated wife, loving mother, dog mom, full time team member at a local fitness powerhouse, yoga student and yoga teacher. As a fitness enthusiast, I believe in a well rounded balance that honors the physical body, precious mental health and general wellbeing- this can be applied to life or a yoga practice. I have spent the last 8 years leading classes in different studios and formats in New Hampshire and on international yoga retreats. I cherish my time on my mat and I believe it makes me a better human! I am always grateful for the opportunity to work with yogi’s and show them the best teacher in the room is them!
