I am a lifelong athlete competing in collegiate rugby, soccer, and lacrosse. I fell in love with yoga and the hot room as a way to heal my body from injuries. I have been practicing Pilates and yoga for over 20 years. What started as a healer of my body has become an integral part of my daily lifeālead with breath and quiet the mind. I firmly believe that movement is the first component of a strong and healthy body, providing healing benefits both physically and mentally.
