Lauren Direnzo

I began my journey in 2008 alongside my mother, fostering a lifelong bond through shared practice that continues today, including attending a yearly yoga festival together. As a school health educator, I integrate yoga, meditation, and mindfulness into my classroom, equipping students with lifelong tools.

I love for my yoga classes to be a focus in slow-flow, breath, and working specific parts of the body, helping to leave clients relaxed and at ease. In my Pilates classes, my emphasis is on the mind and body connection leaving my clients with a slow burn and feeling empowered.

My training, experience, and studies include:

  • RYT200 Yoga Teacher Training (Vidya Yoga School)
  • Yin I & II (Childlight Yoga)
  • Mat Pilates Level 1 & 2 (Balanced Body)
  • Mindfulness & Meditation (PESI)
  • Chair Yoga (Peggy Cappy)
  • Advanced Spinning (MAD DOGG Athletics)
  • Intuitive Breathwork Certification (Faith Hunter), currently enrolled in this training!
