I’ve been practicing a variety of yoga styles for the past decade, and in 2018 (at the age of 60), I was inspired to complete my first yoga teacher training. My yoga training and study have continued, eventually leading me to train in Pilates as well. I find that yoga and Pilates complement each other beautifully and have been transformative in my own life.
I love to share these practices with others and welcome you to join me for a class sometime! Expect to move mindfully, learn something new, and have some fun.
