As a gymnastics coach of 34 years, I’ve witnessed the sense of power and the strength of mind that being immersed in athletics can provide. I’ve been a yoga student since my early 40s and recently delved deeper into the practice of Pilates. I fell in love with the strength of body and the control of mind that Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates provide.
I love to coach and Pilates is a natural extension of the sport that I have been involved with all of my life. I am excited to share the rich world of Pilates with my students! My classes offer a full-body workout in a low-impact format. Practicing Pilates is a wonderful way to stay strong and be healthy in everyday life.
