To me, yoga is the perfect combination of mindfulness and movement. I am drawn to the opportunity yoga creates to access presence and self-knowledge while building a strong mind and body through disciplined practice.

My classes tap into the power of positive energy, community, focused breath, and intentional cueing. Come as you are. Take what you need. Leave what no longer serves you.
