Practicing for over 20 years, I find there is no better place to stretch and strengthen the body and mind, than on my yoga mat—unplugged and tuned in. I love encouraging students to explore their own discoveries, whether through a challenging Vinyasa class or in moments of deep stillness in a single pose. I’m always excited to relate ancient teachings with modern-day relevance. I teach Vinyasa, Baptiste Power Flow, Slow Flow, Yin, and Restorative yoga.
