I am excited to be teaching yoga at Studio 108! When I am not teaching, practicing, or studying yoga, I help people improve their overall fitness, health, and wellness as a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor.

Yoga has transformed my life in ways I never imagined, and sharing that transformation with others is what fuels my passion for teaching. Much more than a physical practice, yoga has helped me develop more self-awareness, inner peace, and balance in an often hectic and stressful world. In my classes, I strive to create the same experience for my students by helping them connect to their bodies, feel empowered, cultivate mindfulness, and discover tools they can carry off the mat and into daily life.

  • NSCA Certified Personal Trainer
