Studio 108 Reformer Foundations – Weekly Breakdown

Week 1: The Reformer & Core Connection
Introduces the essential principles of the Reformer while focusing on building core strength, alignment, and awareness.

Week 2: Strength & Connection in the Back Body
Focuses on the back body, promoting stability, elongation, and mindful strength through foundational Reformer exercises.

Week 3: Poise & Upper Body Connection
Introduces upper body sequences with an emphasis on grace, control, and coordinated movement.

Week 4: Full Body Integration
Brings together all elements learned, connecting core, back, upper body into a seamless, full-body Reformer flow.
