Format
- 8-week cohort
- 1 class per week
- Capped at 5 participants
- Package enrollment only (no drop-ins)
- Enrollment closes once full

- Pregnant clients in their 2nd–3rd trimester
- Medically cleared for exercise
- Looking for expert-led prenatal movement in a small-group setting
