My Pilates journey began in my early 20s, when I fell in love with Reformer work as a student. After stepping away from fitness in my late 20s to focus on starting my family—and welcoming both of my boys during COVID—I decided in 2024 that it was time to return to a regular routine. That’s when I met Kat McDonnell (Studio Director) and started taking Reformer classes at Evergreen Farm. I quickly rediscovered my passion for Pilates, thanks in large part to the supportive community she created.
My renewed commitment led me to pursue teacher training at Studio 108, where I realized that teaching Pilates was the perfect way to share what I love while maintaining the flexibility to care for my family.
What I love most about Pilates is that it’s for everyone. Whether you’re working to regain mobility, build strength, or improve your mind-body connection, there’s always a way to tailor the practice to your needs. Pilates challenges both the body and mind, allowing everyone to move and grow in a safe, supportive environment.
I’m excited to work with clients at every stage of their fitness journey and to help them find joy—and confidence—through movement.
