I am so very grateful to be teaching at Studio108! You can feel the amazing community here as soon as you walk through the door.

As a yoga practitioner for the past 15 years, I have experienced how yoga can relieve sore muscles, build physical and mental strength, prevent injury, and heal my body and mind. It is a beautiful gift towards complete wellness.

My classes are a blend of encouragement and challenge, inviting students to discover their inner strength, try something new, and carry a newfound confidence into other areas of their lives.

I am dedicated to helping adults and teens feel confident and healthy in all areas of their lives. As a Hatha Yoga Teacher, certified health and wellness coach, functional nutritionist, and junior high school science teacher, this is my life’s mission.
