Brittany Aigotti

Movement has been part of my life since an early age, beginning with a background in competitive swimming. I believe in movement as a quiet form of healing — a way to create strength, balance, and ease in both body and mind. As a mother, I value intentional movement that supports presence and longevity through every season of life.

I fell in love with Pilates for its ability to calm the mind while refining the body. Pilates is for every body, and I’m devoted to guiding others through thoughtful, mindful movement.
