Heidi is a compassionate and experienced yoga and Pilates instructor who brings wisdom, passion, and care to her teaching. A lifelong athlete, she discovered yoga’s healing power through her journey of overcoming spinal injuries and chronic pain. She later expanded her movement practice with Pilates and the Pilates Reformer to deepen strength, alignment, and functional mobility.
Drawing from personal experience, she guides students with empathy, adapting yoga and Pilates to support mobility, pain management, and inner peace. She blends ancient yoga principles with modern science, incorporating insights from physical therapy, Pilates technique, and movement specialists.
An experienced educator, Heidi leads workshops, teacher trainings, and international retreats. She finds joy in witnessing her students’ growth and the “magic” that happens when mindful movement meets consistency. With warmth, humor, and deep commitment, she creates a welcoming space where students leave feeling refreshed, empowered, and inspired.
