I wholeheartedly believe that yoga should be fun, and I fill my classes with compassion, energy, and a little (or a lot) of humor, along with the reminder that it’s yoga-practice, not yoga-perfect.
I found my way to yoga 20 years ago, and though I came for the fitness aspects that hot yoga offered, I’ve stayed for the kindness it teaches me towards my body, the immense mental health benefits, and the loving community of fellow yogis.
