I fell in love with yoga after noticing the calming effects on my mind and body. I began practicing regularly, and it changed my entire perspective on life and has helped me overcome daily anxiety. I wanted to become a teacher to help people discover the healing powers of yoga, both mental and physical. My classes are focused on finding inner peace through movement and breath. I want my students to connect with themselves during their practice to help them find more harmony in their everyday lives. I focus on proper body mechanics and grounding techniques to help move stuck energy out of the body and mind.
