Lana Vogestad

Yoga has been life-changing for me, and for over 15 years of teaching internationally, I’m continually reminded of its profound power to transform. Starting with Hot Yoga in San Francisco in 2000, I’ve explored diverse yoga disciplines, crafting classes and workshops that are insightful, empowering, and tailored to the needs of each group. I believe transformation happens through dedication, exploration, and the magic of uncharted territory.

As a teacher, I’m honored to hold space for healing and guide with love and authenticity to uplift and empower others. As an artist, I bring creativity and sensory immersion into every practice, creating experiences that enhance transformation, elevate consciousness, and connect us to something bigger.

My training, experience, and studies include:

  • E-RYT500
  • Barkan Method of Hot Yoga, Certified Instructor (Levels I, II & III)
  • Katonah Yoga Trained
